Steffi Graf has revealed the golden rule in her marriage with fellow tennis legend Andre Agassi.

Graf and Agassi, who are both widely seen as being amongst the greatest tennis stars ever, have been married since 2001.

The couple have two children – 23-year-old son Jaden Gil Agassi and 21-year-old daughter Jaz Elle.

Graf, whose professional career spanned from 1982 until 1999, is the only tennis player to have won each grand slam singles tournament at least four times.

Agassi, meanwhile, played from 1986 until 2006. He won the Australian Open on four occasions and the US Open twice as well as triumphing once at Wimbledon and the French Open.

Graf and Agassi have now given an insight into their marriage.

Graf and Agassi now play pickleball three times a week and won the Pickleball Slam last month.

Some aspects of the sport are similar to tennis and table tennis, although it is played on a doubles badminton court.

When the ball is served, the receiving team must let it bounce before it is returned, with the same rule subsequently applying to the serving team.

Graf and Agassi also recently inaugurated a pickleball facility in Florida which cost $12million (£9million) to build.

Graf revealed that she doesn't play against Agassi, with the pair preferring to be on the same team.

She told *BILD*: **"We don't play against each other. We prefer to be on the same side of the court."**

Agassi added: **"We like that pickleball is a community-oriented sport. People who play pickleball also improve quickly."**

Agassi is eager to spread awareness of the game, with him and Graf now set to fly to China and Vietnam.

He said: **"We really want to spread the game. When we're not traveling, we practice a lot of pickleball. Since we both play, it's fun to do it together."**

Graf added that she enjoys spending time with her family as she said: "We love to chat casually and we especially like to grill."
